Refund policy

Returns
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item purchased from us, we will accept returns provided they meet the below conditions;

  • The return is made within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The goods are returned in their original condition and have not been used
  • The goods are in their original and complete packaging
All returns/changes of mind will be able to receive one of the below
  • Replacement item (faulty or damaged goods) – provided the item is available
  • Online store credit
  • Refund to your original payment method

Please choose carefully, as postage costs are not refunded and change of mind returns must be returned at cost of the customer.
If the goods have been damaged, mishandled, misused then we reserve the right to not accept the returned goods.
 
Change of Mind Return
While we hope you love the ashdene.com product you have received, we understand that occasionally our customers have a change of mind. To return items due to a change of mind, please lodge a return with our team. Please choose carefully, as postage costs are not refunded and change of mind returns must be returned at cost of the customer.
 
Faulty or damaged goods
Quality is extremely important to us. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in any way, please email customerservice.au@ladelle.com. Please include your name, order number, a description of the quality issue and attach a photo of the faulty/damaged product. We will do our best to replace or refund items that do not meet our quality standards as soon as possible.
